All products supplied by ICU RESEARCH are intended strictly for professional laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, supplements, therapies or consumer products, and are not intended for human or animal use.

Reference-molecule facts are not analytical confirmation of the supplied material. Nominal quantity remains the catalogue quantity; supplier sample results do not establish ICU inventory purity or lot traceability.

Description of GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu is a copper(II) complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (Gly-His-Lys). PubChem associates prezatide copper with CAS 89030-95-5 [2]. Coordination, protonation, counterions and hydration affect how a molecular formula or mass should be interpreted; a GHK reference is not automatically equivalent to every copper–peptide preparation.

Validated salt form, excipients, physical appearance, formulation, and product-specific stability data are not established by the supplied reports.

Overview of Published Research

Maquart and colleagues investigated the tripeptide–copper complex in fibroblast cultures [1]. This is in-vitro evidence about a defined experimental system, not validation of commercial research inventory or evidence of established outcomes in humans.

Copper complexes and extracellular-matrix assays

The study reported stimulation of collagen synthesis independently of changes in cell number [1]. Such an endpoint describes a cell-culture response under the reported conditions. Copper coordination and material characterization are important boundaries when comparing experiments: the supplied report does not establish copper-to-peptide stoichiometry or formulation equivalence.

Evidence and material limitations

A definitive supplied-material molecular mass, counterion and hydration state are not established here. Supplier chromatographic results should not be presented as confirmation of complex stoichiometry, biological activity or the purity of a specific ICU lot.
